Microneedling — Genosys & Dermaheal

Microneedling at Estetika Tábor uses a pen-type automated needling device to create thousands of controlled micro-channels in the dermis, combined with the simultaneous delivery of active serums — specifically Genosys (a Korean growth-factor complex) or Dermaheal peptide blends — directly into the puncture channels. This approach achieves two effects simultaneously: the mechanical micro-injury stimulates the skin's natural wound-healing response (collagen and elastin synthesis), while the serum infused into the channels works at the dermal level without the barrier resistance of intact epidermis. Sessions cost 1,890 Kč per zone (face or décolletage) and take 30–60 minutes with topical anaesthetic applied beforehand.

Microneedling is the process of repeatedly puncturing the skin with fine, sterile needles to a controlled depth — typically 0.5–2.5mm depending on the treatment area and indication — in order to trigger localised wound repair. This repair process releases growth factors (EGF, bFGF, TGF-β), activates fibroblasts, and stimulates the synthesis of new collagen (type I and III) and elastin. Over 4–8 weeks, this produces measurable improvement in skin thickness, firmness, and surface texture. At Estetika Tábor, the microneedling procedure uses an automated pen device to deliver uniform puncture depth and density across the face or décolletage. The device is used in combination with Genosys microneedling solution — a Korean pharmaceutical-grade blend of growth factors, peptides, and hyaluronic acid — or Dermaheal serums, which are pressed into the micro-channels immediately after needling when skin permeability is maximally enhanced. This combined approach is sometimes called 'microneedling mesotherapy' or 'mesoneedling' and is more effective than standalone needling because active agents reach the dermis at therapeutic concentrations. Topical anaesthetic gel is applied 20–30 minutes before the procedure to ensure comfort during needling. Post-treatment redness resembles mild sunburn and typically resolves within 12–24 hours. A light moisturiser and mineral sunscreen are applied immediately after treatment. Social downtime is minimal for most clients, though one should avoid makeup for the remainder of the day. For optimal results, a course of 3–6 sessions spaced 4 weeks apart is generally recommended, followed by maintenance treatments every 3–6 months. Microneedling is well suited to improving fine lines, enlarged pores, uneven texture, mild scarring, and overall skin quality. It is not suitable for clients with active acne, open wounds, active eczema or psoriasis, use of isotretinoin in the past 6 months, or a history of keloid scarring.
