Unlike conventional HA fillers, Profhilo is not cross-linked — it spreads throughout the tissue in a bio-remodelling action, stimulating the production of four types of collagen and elastin while delivering intense hydration. Two sessions four weeks apart are the standard protocol. Profhilo Structura, the deeper-tissue variant at 9 900 Kč, addresses the superficial musculoaponeurotic system (SMAS) layer for more pronounced tissue firming in clients with more advanced laxity.
