PRP Plasma Lifting — Own Plasma Skin Rejuvenation

Type

PRP/PRF Therapy

Duration

1 hour

PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) plasma lifting using the patient's own blood to rejuvenate the skin — no synthetic substances involved. A small blood sample is drawn, centrifuged to concentrate the growth factors, platelets and stem cells into plasma, then injected back into the treatment area to stimulate tissue regeneration. At Estetik Point the treatment targets fine wrinkles (especially the delicate under-eye zone), promotes healing of acne scars, and improves overall skin quality. The entire process is supervised by a physician and uses only the patient's own biological material, making allergic reaction essentially impossible.

Platelet-Rich Plasma therapy — plasma lifting — is one of the most natural approaches in regenerative aesthetic medicine. The premise is simple: blood contains not just red cells and proteins, but also a concentrated population of platelets that release growth factors (PDGF, TGF-β, VEGF, EGF and others) when activated. These growth factors play a central role in tissue repair, collagen synthesis and cellular renewal. By extracting and concentrating the patient's own platelets and re-injecting them into aged or damaged tissue, PRP harnesses the body's existing biological repair signals. At Estetik Point the procedure begins with a standard venous blood draw (one tube). The sample is placed into a centrifuge that spins at calibrated speed to separate the plasma fraction — rich in platelets, growth factors and stem cells — from the red blood cells. The resulting golden plasma is then drawn up for injection. The physician injects the plasma using a fine needle or microneedling technique into the target areas: most commonly the periorbital zone to address fine lines and dark circles, but also the cheeks, forehead, neck, décolletage, and acne-scarred skin. The growth factors begin stimulating fibroblasts and keratinocytes immediately; collagen remodelling continues over the following four to eight weeks. Because the material is entirely autologous (from the patient's own body), the risk of allergic reaction is negligible, and the treatment is compatible with patients who prefer to avoid synthetic fillers or chemical agents. Three sessions spaced four to six weeks apart are recommended for optimal results, which is why the clinic offers a package of three at 11,500 Kč. Maintenance sessions once or twice a year preserve the improvement. Mild redness, pinpoint bruising and slight swelling at injection sites are expected for 24–48 hours. Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy, active infection or with blood coagulation disorders.
