Mesotherapy & Skinbooster — Skin Quality Treatment

A suite of physician-administered injectable skin quality treatments — mesotherapy, skinbooster, super skinbooster, RH collagen and polynucleotides — each targeting different aspects of skin hydration, texture and regeneration. Mesotherapy delivers antioxidants, peptides and hyaluronic acid in micro-injections to the face, neck, décolletage or hands; the skinbooster series infuses concentrated HA deep into the dermis for long-lasting internal hydration ('champagne for the skin'); the RH Collagen biostimulator uses natural biocompatible type-I collagen to firm and regenerate; polynucleotides (PDRN) target cellular renewal and are particularly effective around the eyes. Six-session mesotherapy courses and two-session super skinbooster programmes are available at a reduced rate.

Skin quality declines with age for multiple reasons: reduced fibroblast activity lowers collagen and elastin production; sebaceous gland output changes; cumulative UV damage alters pigmentation and texture; and transepidermal water loss increases, making the skin drier and duller. The injectable skin quality treatments at Estetik Point address these processes from different angles, and they can be used independently or layered for a more comprehensive programme. Mesotherapy delivers a cocktail of active compounds — antioxidants (vitamins C and E, glutathione), peptides, amino acids and hyaluronic acid — as a series of micro-injections in the superficial dermis. The treatment is adapted to the specific skin concern: redness and rosacea, dull skin, sun damage, acne-prone skin, smoker's skin, hyperpigmentation or early wrinkling. A complimentary post-treatment mask is applied after each session, and six sessions spaced one to two weeks apart are recommended for best results. Skinbooster is a targeted hydration injection using 20% hyaluronic acid — a significantly higher concentration than standard fillers — to create a depot of HA within the dermis. Unlike surface moisturisers, the HA works from within, binding water molecules and keeping the tissue plump for six to eight months. Super Skinbooster (bio-remodelling) is an advanced form that uses highly cross-linked HA to actively stimulate fibroblast production of collagen and elastin rather than just passively hydrating. The result is a bio-remodelling of the dermis over weeks, with the effect visible from a two-session programme. RH Collagen is an injectable biostimulator based on natural, biocompatible type-I collagen — the same collagen found in the skin's structural matrix. Each session includes a post-treatment mask, and results last approximately one year with maintenance every four to six months. Polynucleotides (PDRN) are DNA fragments derived from salmon or trout that stimulate fibroblast proliferation, accelerate cellular renewal, promote hydration and reduce inflammation. They are particularly effective for the thin skin around the eye contour and for skin that has been damaged by sun exposure or acne. The treatment is compatible with other injectables and can be alternated with mesotherapy in a care programme.
