Radiofrequency (RF) skin tightening at EsteticUsti uses controlled RF energy to heat the skin's deep layers — stimulating collagen contraction and remodelling for a non-invasive tightening and rejuvenating effect on the face, and simultaneously triggering fat cell disruption for body contouring. The device heats dermis and subcutaneous tissue to the therapeutic window (40–45 °C) at which collagen fibres contract immediately and fibroblasts are activated to produce new collagen over the following weeks. Results are visible after the first session; the treatment pairs particularly well with ultrasonic cavitation for body contouring areas.

Radiofrequency energy operates at frequencies of 0.3–10 MHz, penetrating through the epidermis to heat the dermis and subdermis via resistive heating — the tissue's natural electrical resistance converts the alternating current into thermal energy at a controlled depth. This differentiates RF from laser (which relies on chromophore absorption) and makes it safe for all skin tones, since melanin plays no role in the mechanism.
