Plexr plasma soft surgery at Medest uses the Plexr device to generate a controlled plasma arc — ionised gas from atmospheric air — that sublimates a precise spot of skin from solid to gas without cutting, stitching, or transferring heat to surrounding tissue. The result is a non-surgical eyelid lift (blepharoplasty) that tightens overhanging upper lid skin, reduces fine periorbital wrinkles, and removes small benign skin lesions including milia, xanthelasma, and flat warts. MUDr. Vojtková performs the procedure under topical anaesthetic cream only; there are no injections, no incisions, no bruising from sutures, and no scarring.
About this treatment
Plasma technology in aesthetic medicine exploits the fourth state of matter — plasma — which forms when a spark of voltage ionises atmospheric nitrogen just above the skin surface. The Plexr device (manufactured in Italy by GMV s.r.l.) generates a focused plasma arc of around one millimetre in diameter at a controlled energy level. Preparation required
