Needle mesotherapy delivers a tailored blend of hyaluronic acid, vitamins, amino acids and micronutrients into the deeper layers of the skin through a series of fine injections. The treatment is best approached as a short course, with active ingredients placed exactly where they are needed.

Needle mesotherapy is a long-established aesthetic technique in which small doses of active substances are injected directly into the dermis using a syringe and a fine needle. Because the ingredients are deposited straight into the layer of skin where they act, they reach their target at a high concentration rather than relying on absorption from the surface. The formulations used typically combine hyaluronic acid with vitamins, amino acids, trace elements and biomimetic peptides, and the approach draws on two complementary mechanisms: the direct effect of the substances themselves, and the skin's own focal repair response to the many tiny injection points. At Estetica Clinic the treatment is delivered to selected areas of the face or to the scalp, with the product placed in a relatively dense pattern of small intradermal deposits. Tiny papules and pinpoint marks are normal immediately afterwards and usually settle within a day or two as the actives are absorbed. The aim across a course is a cumulative improvement in how hydrated, firm and even the skin looks, and on the scalp it is used as part of a wider plan to support the hair-bearing skin. Because the effect builds gradually, a series of around four to six sessions spaced two to three weeks apart is typical, followed by occasional maintenance to help prolong the result.
