An injectable skin-regeneration treatment using polynucleotides — fragments derived from purified DNA — to biostimulate, hydrate and firm the skin. At Estemedic MUDr. Ilona Karasová injects polynucleotides through a series of fine injections to regenerate and rejuvenate tired skin as part of the practice's rejuvenation programme. Rather than filling a wrinkle, they act as a biostimulator, so it is well suited to improving skin quality and resilience; results develop over the weeks after treatment and are usually best as a short course. The full-area treatment starts from 6,000 Kč, with a separate eye-area-only option from 3,500 Kč for the thin, delicate under-eye skin.

Polynucleotide biorevitalisation uses polynucleotides — fragments derived from purified DNA — to biostimulate the skin. Rather than filling a wrinkle, polynucleotides act as a biostimulator: they are associated with supporting the skin's regenerative activity, improving hydration, and gradually firming and refreshing the complexion.
