Botulinum toxin injected into the masseter (chewing) muscles to slim and narrow the lower face and soften a square jawline. At Estemedic MUDr. Ilona Karasová places the toxin through a fine needle so the bulky masseter muscles relax first and then gradually reduce in size, refining the contour of the lower face. Masseter botulinum toxin, often called jaw or face slimming, targets the paired masseter muscles at the angle of the jaw.
