Lip modelling at Estéea uses Teosyal RHA 3, a non-animal, biodegradable hyaluronic-acid filler, to add subtle volume, improve symmetry and define the lip border. Because hyaluronic acid is the same moisturising substance the body produces naturally, results look soft and can be dissolved if you ever want to adjust them. The filler contains lidocaine, so the treatment stays comfortable, and the lips are shaped by hand to stay in proportion with the rest of the face. It is performed as a short ambulatory appointment by a physician.

Because the filler already contains lidocaine, the procedure is generally well tolerated; the gel is placed with a fine needle and shaped by hand. Results are visible immediately, although it is normal for the lips to swell for 24–48 hours and for small bruises to appear, with the final shape settling within one to two weeks.
