A full-arch implant restoration replaces a complete upper or lower set of teeth on a small number of implants, giving a fixed, stable result for patients who have lost or are losing most of their teeth. At Erwin Clinic the work is split into a surgical phase, in which the implants are placed, and a prosthetic phase, in which the fixed bridge is made — each priced separately so the full plan is transparent. A bar-retained removable option is also offered.

A full-arch implant restoration rehabilitates an entire jaw of missing teeth using several implants to anchor a fixed bridge, avoiding a conventional loose denture. It is an option for people who have lost most of their teeth, have failing teeth that need removing, or struggle with the fit of a removable plate. Because the restoration is supported by implants rather than the gums, it feels secure for eating and speaking and helps limit further bone loss.
At Erwin Clinic the treatment is organised in stages. The surgical phase — assessed and planned with CT imaging — involves placing the implants into the arch and is priced from 18,000 zł. After healing and integration, the prosthetic phase delivers the final fixed bridge for 23,000 zł, quoted separately so each part of the investment is clear.
