Botulinum toxin works by temporarily relaxing hyperactive muscles responsible for frown lines, crow's feet, forehead creases, and jaw-clenching. It is also used off-label for brow lifting, lip flips, gummy smile correction, and neck band reduction. Results typically last three to six months, after which a top-up appointment refreshes the effect; over time, some patients find that intervals can be extended as the treated muscles adapt. Dermal fillers at the clinic span hyaluronic acid products of different thicknesses and elasticities — softer gels for fine surface lines and tear troughs, firmer volumisers for cheeks, jawline definition, and chin projection. Lip augmentation and reshaping are a popular request, with filler placed to add volume, improve symmetry, and refine the cupid's bow without an overdone appearance.
