Treatment is digitally planned from CBCT scans and 3D jaw impressions, producing an individual sequence of aligners worn at least 22 hours per day and changed every one to two weeks. Aligners at the clinic address mild-to-moderate crowding, gaps (diastemas), crossbite, open and deep bite, individually rotated teeth, and relapse after previous orthodontic treatment. Typical treatment time is 6–18 months depending on complexity, with packages transparently priced by the number of aligners required. A full laboratory diagnostic work-up for aligner treatment is priced at 6,000 Kč; orthodontic consultation is 1,500 Kč and comprehensive orthodontic diagnostics (professional photography, jaw CT, joint CT, cephalometry and treatment plan) 4,800 Kč.
