Sculptra is an injectable poly-L-lactic acid bio-stimulator that works gradually to support the skin's own collagen rather than adding immediate volume. Delivered over a short series of sessions, it is associated with a firmer, fuller appearance that builds over months and tends to last longer than hyaluronic acid. The clinic also offers other tissue bio-stimulators and a Softlifting option, priced per ampoule.

Sculptra is a collagen-stimulating injectable based on poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA). Unlike hyaluronic acid filler, it does not aim to add volume on the day; instead the PLLA acts as a scaffold that is gradually broken down while the skin is encouraged to produce its own collagen, so improvement in firmness and fullness builds slowly over the following weeks and months. This makes it well suited to more widespread volume loss and skin laxity across the cheeks, temples and lower face. At Dr Wiszniewska the product is reconstituted and injected by a physician, usually over a planned series of sessions a few weeks apart, with the number of ampoules tailored to the degree of volume loss. Treatment takes around thirty to forty-five minutes; gentle massage of the treated area afterwards is commonly advised. Because results develop progressively, they look natural and are associated with a longer duration than hyaluronic acid — often around two years — before a maintenance session is considered. The clinic also offers other tissue bio-stimulators and a Softlifting preparation for patients whose main concern is gradual skin quality and support rather than immediate contouring. Sculptra is intended for adults with generalised volume loss or laxity; suitability and any contraindications are reviewed by the doctor, and it is avoided during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
