The vampire lift is a facial PRP (platelet-rich plasma) treatment at DR.MEK in Berlin-Charlottenburg. A small blood sample is drawn and centrifuged to concentrate the platelet-rich plasma, which is then injected into the skin of the face to support the skin's own regeneration. Because it uses the patient's own blood rather than synthetic substances, it is a gentle approach to skin rejuvenation and may be applied to the face, neck, décolleté and hands. A numbing cream is applied beforehand, and a course of three sessions four weeks apart is typically recommended.

To achieve the most noticeable results, the practice recommends a course of three sessions spaced about four weeks apart. The same autologous-blood approach can also be directed at the scalp, where it is associated with stimulation of the hair follicles. A consultation with the dermatologist precedes…
