Thulium Laser Skin Resurfacing

The thulium laser is a fractional resurfacing laser whose wavelength is strongly absorbed by water in the upper layers of the skin, allowing it to remove and renew the superficial skin in a controlled way. By creating many tiny treatment zones, it smooths texture, softens fine lines, brightens a dull complexion and helps even out superficial pigmentation, while the surrounding untreated skin supports faster recovery than older, fully ablative resurfacing.

At Dr Luch the skin is cleansed and numbed before treatment, which takes around thirty to forty-five minutes for the face.
