The Pinxel II platform combines microneedling with radiofrequency energy delivered into the deeper skin to tighten laxity and improve texture more powerfully than microneedling alone. The radiofrequency heats the dermis to stimulate collagen, making it well suited to early jowls, crêpey eye-area skin and the neck. About this treatment

Pinxel II is a radiofrequency (RF) microneedling system that pairs the collagen-stimulating effect of microneedling with controlled RF energy released from the needle tips into the deeper layers of the skin. At Dr Luch the area is cleansed and numbed before treatment, which takes around forty-five to sixty minutes.
