The Pinxel II platform combines microneedling with radiofrequency energy delivered into the deeper skin to tighten laxity and improve texture more powerfully than microneedling alone. Pinxel II is a radiofrequency (RF) microneedling system that pairs the collagen-stimulating effect of microneedling with controlled RF energy released from the needle tips into the deeper layers of the skin. At Dr Luch the area is cleansed and numbed before treatment, which takes around forty-five to sixty minutes. Expect redness and a feeling of mild tightness or warmth for a day or two, with little other downtime.
