Dermal Filler — Facial Volumetry (Hyaluronic Acid)

Hyaluronic acid dermal fillers used to restore lost volume and refine contour where the face has flattened with age — cheeks, chin, jawline and the folds running from nose to mouth. Rather than only filling individual lines, the clinic plans volumetry across the face so proportions stay balanced. Treatment ranges from a single millilitre to larger multi-syringe plans, with calcium-hydroxyapatite (Radiesse) also available as a collagen-stimulating option.

Facial volumetry uses cross-linked hyaluronic acid gel to replace volume that is gradually lost from the cheeks, temples, chin and jawline over time. Because that loss of deep support is part of what drives sagging and deepening folds, restoring it in the right places often does more for a refreshed appearance than treating surface lines alone. At Dr Kopaczyński the physician assesses the face as a whole and proposes a plan, from a single 1 ml correction up to a structured two-millilitre or larger approach across one or more sessions. Numbing cream is applied first and most fillers also contain lidocaine for comfort. The gel is placed with a fine needle or a blunt cannula depending on the area; results are visible immediately and continue to settle over one to two weeks as any initial swelling resolves. Mild swelling, tenderness or small bruises are normal for a few days. A practical safety feature of hyaluronic acid is that it can be dissolved if an adjustment is wanted; the clinic offers this separately. As an alternative, Radiesse calcium-hydroxyapatite is a longer-lasting biostimulatory filler that is associated with gradual collagen stimulation as well as immediate volume. Volumetry suits adults noticing flattening of the cheeks, a less defined jaw or chin, or deepening nasolabial and marionette folds; suitability is confirmed at consultation.
