With over 3,000 facelifts performed across a career spanning 35+ years and triple board certification in Plastic Surgery, Facial Plastic Surgery, and Head & Neck Surgery, Dr. Mentz is uniquely credentialed to handle primary and revision facelift cases. Procedures are performed at the ACPS SurgiCentre, the on-site AAAASF (Quad A) accredited surgical facility co-located with the practice. Pricing is all-inclusive: the quoted fee covers surgeon time, anesthesia, and full facility use, with no separate billing for anaesthesiologist or operating room fees. A $250 consultation includes computer imaging.
