A thread lift uses absorbable PDO threads inserted under the skin to gently reposition and support sagging tissue, softening early jowls and lax areas of the lower face. A PDO thread lift uses fine, absorbable polydioxanone threads — the same material long used in surgical sutures — introduced beneath the skin with a thin cannula.
