Upper and lower eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty) by Dr. Cat Huang-Begovic to address hooded upper lids, excess upper eyelid skin causing visual field obstruction, lower eyelid puffiness from fat herniation, and under-eye hollows. Upper blepharoplasty removes excess upper eyelid skin and, where indicated, a small strip of orbicularis muscle.
