His injection philosophy prioritises a natural, rested appearance built on accurate anatomical knowledge of the facial fat compartments and their changing volumes with age, rather than filling individual wrinkles in isolation. Neurotoxin treatments use Botox (onabotulinumtoxinA), Dysport (abobotulinumtoxinA), or Myobloc (rimabotulinumtoxinB) depending on the indication and patient history. Botox and Dysport are the workhorses for dynamic lines — glabellar complex (frown lines between the brows), horizontal forehead lines, and crow's feet at the outer eyes. They are also used for brow lifting (targeting the lateral depressors to allow the brow to rise), chin dimpling (mentalis relaxation), lip lines, and platysmal banding in the neck (the Nefertiti lift).
