Treatment involves a series of custom-fabricated clear aligner trays worn for 20–22 hours per day, changed every 1–2 weeks as teeth progressively shift. Attachments (small tooth-coloured buttons) may be bonded to certain teeth to facilitate more complex movements. Total treatment duration varies from 6 months for minor cases to 18–24 months for more complex malocclusions.
