The Test & Treat package is the flagship service that defines the DocTap model — a complete blood draw, laboratory analysis, and GP consultation compressed into a single 30-minute visit. At clinics with onsite laboratories, the 27 biomarkers included in the panel are processed while the patient waits, and the GP reviews the results face to face before the appointment ends. The panel covers the core markers that a GP would typically request when investigating general health concerns: a full blood count for haematological status, liver function tests for hepatic health, kidney function markers for renal clearance, glucose for blood sugar regulation, a triglycerides and cholesterol profile for cardiovascular risk, and CRP as an inflammation marker. This last inclusion is notable — CRP is not always included in standard health screens but provides a useful signal for systemic inflammation that may warrant further investigation. The integrated model eliminates the traditional cycle of booking a GP appointment, being sent for blood tests at a separate location, waiting days for results, and then booking a follow-up appointment to discuss them.
