Morpheus 8 at DiVine Clinic is a radiofrequency microneedling treatment that delivers thermal energy directly into the dermis and subcutaneous fat via a matrix of gold-tipped insulated microneedles — penetrating up to 7 mm deep, significantly further than standard microneedling devices. Manufactured by InMode, the Morpheus 8 platform combines the collagen-induction effect of microneedling with the deep tissue remodelling of fractional radiofrequency (RF), simultaneously tightening the skin surface and remodelling the fat layer underneath. MUDr. Petra Moravcová uses it for facial contouring, pigmentation reduction, fine wrinkle treatment, skin resurfacing, acne scar reduction, and post-liposuction skin laxity. An anaesthetic cream and local cooling are applied before treatment; redness lasts about 24 hours with swelling and possible scabbing resolving within 1–3 weeks. Depth and energy delivery
The Morpheus 8 tip can be adjusted to deliver energy at depths of 1 mm to 7 mm (8 mm on PRIME applicator). At deeper settings (5–7 mm), the RF energy reaches the superficial subcutaneous fat layer, inducing lipolysis and fat remodelling in addition to dermal collagen stimulation — a unique capability among non-surgical skin tightening devices. At shallower settings (1–4 mm), it focuses on dermal remodelling, scar treatment, and pore refinement.
