Needle radiofrequency combines fine microneedling with radiofrequency energy released into the skin to tighten laxity and refine texture more powerfully than microneedling alone. The radiofrequency heats the deeper dermis to stimulate collagen, making it well suited to early jowls, the neck and crêpey skin, as well as enlarged pores and some scarring. A short course gives the most noticeable firming, and face, neck, décolletage and body areas are all treatable.
