Full-Arch Implants (All-on-X)

A full-arch reconstruction replaces all the teeth in one jaw with a fixed bridge supported by several implants, an approach often described as All-on-4 or All-on-X. It is designed for patients who have lost most or all of their teeth, or whose remaining teeth are not salvageable, and who want a stable, fixed alternative to a removable denture. A full-arch implant reconstruction, commonly known as All-on-4 or All-on-X, restores an entire jaw of teeth using a fixed bridge anchored to a small number of dental implants — typically four to six per arch. Rather than replacing each tooth individually, the implants are positioned to provide maximum support, and a single bridge spanning the arch is secured to them. The result is a fixed set of teeth that does not come out for cleaning and does not rely on gum suction like a conventional denture. At Diamante Clinica the treatment starts with CBCT 3D imaging and planning so the implantologist can place the implants where the bone is strongest and angle them to support the full bridge. Treatment is staged over a healing period, during which a provisional bridge may be worn before the definitive prosthesis is fitted. This approach is suited to patients who are missing all or most of the teeth in a jaw, or who face losing them, and who want to avoid a removable plate. Because outcomes depend on bone volume, bite and the chosen materials, the 22,000–25,000 zł range per arch is finalised after assessment.
