A full-arch reconstruction replaces all the teeth in one jaw with a fixed bridge supported by several implants, an approach often described as All-on-4 or All-on-X. It is designed for patients who have lost most or all of their teeth, or whose remaining teeth are not salvageable, and who want a stable, fixed alternative to a removable denture.
