Type
MRI Scan
Duration
1 hour
3T MRI of the complete spinal column -- cervical, thoracic, and lumbosacral segments -- in a single session at a package price. Comprehensive assessment from C1 to the sacrum.
The entire spine MRI covers all three spinal segments in one appointment: cervical (C1-C7), thoracic (T1-T12), and lumbosacral (L1-S1). At EUR 600 this is priced below the three-region package (EUR 700), reflecting a standardised protocol that flows naturally from one segment to the next without full repositioning. This examination is especially valuable for patients with multilevel symptoms suggesting disease affecting the entire spinal axis, such as inflammatory spondyloarthropathy, degenerative multilevel disc disease, scoliosis assessment, post-traumatic screening after high-energy injury, and metastatic screening in oncology patients. The radiologist reviews all three segments as an integrated study, identifying patterns like compensatory changes across spinal regions. Total scan time is approximately 60 minutes. The 3T field strength provides excellent spinal cord contrast, which is critical for detecting myelopathic signal changes in the cervical and thoracic regions.
