Dermo-Estetic removes unwanted skin lesions such as moles, skin tags and other growths using laser or minor surgical methods, from 200 zł per lesion. Where appropriate, a removed lesion can be sent for histopathology examination for an additional 50 zł. The approach is chosen to suit the type and location of the lesion, and any change in a mole should be assessed by the doctor before removal is considered.

Skin-lesion removal covers a range of small, unwanted growths — including moles, skin tags, certain benign spots and other lesions — using either a laser or a minor surgical technique depending on the lesion's type, size and position. At Dermo-Estetic the method is selected at assessment: surface lesions may suit laser treatment, while others are better removed surgically, which also allows the tissue to be sent for examination. Importantly, any mole that is changing in size, shape or colour should be reviewed by the doctor first, as assessment takes priority over cosmetic removal. The procedure is typically quick and carried out under local anaesthetic where needed. After laser removal a small area may scab and heal over one to two weeks; after surgical removal there may be a small wound or stitches and a fine scar as it settles, and aftercare instructions are given to support healing and reduce marking. Where a lesion is removed surgically, Dermo-Estetic offers histopathology examination of the sample for an additional fee, providing a laboratory assessment of the tissue. Pricing starts from 200 zł per lesion, with the histopathology examination at 50 zł where it applies. The number and type of lesions, the most suitable method and the likely cosmetic outcome are discussed at the appointment, and the doctor advises if a lesion needs medical assessment rather than removal.
