About this treatment
Microneedling uses a pen-style device fitted with a cluster of very fine needles that oscillate at speed to create thousands of tiny, controlled channels in the skin. These micro-injuries trigger the body's natural repair process, which is associated with fresh collagen and elastin production that can firm the skin and refine its surface over the weeks that follow. At Dermo-Estetic the skin is cleansed and a numbing cream is applied before the Dermapen pass, and a session takes roughly forty-five minutes to an hour depending on the area.
