Skin boosters and tissue stimulators are injectable treatments based on hyaluronic acid and related bioactive ingredients that are placed into the skin to support its quality and renewal. Rather than filling lines or adding contour, they are associated with improvements in hydration, elasticity, smoothness and overall radiance, making them a popular choice for skin that looks tired, dull or is showing early signs of ageing. At the studio the treatment begins with an assessment of your skin and goals, after which cosmetologist Natalia Kapturska recommends a suitable product and protocol. The injections are delivered with fine needles, usually over fifteen to thirty minutes depending on the area, with the option of numbing cream for comfort. Mild redness and tiny injection marks are common for a day, and small bruises can occur. Because the effect is cumulative, a course of two or more sessions spaced a few weeks apart generally gives the best and most durable result, followed by occasional maintenance.
