The Total Skin Solution protocol at DermaMedEst pairs two distinct energy-based technologies for multi-depth, multi-mechanism skin renewal. The Genius system is a fractional radiofrequency microneedling device: an array of fine insulated needles penetrates the dermis to a calibrated depth (typically 1–4 mm), and then delivers bipolar radiofrequency energy directly at the needle tips.
