Mesotherapy at Dermafit delivers a cocktail of hyaluronic acid, vitamins and other active ingredients into the skin through fine micro-injections, using the Raffine AMTS (Automatic Micro-needle Therapy System) applicator. The micro-injections deposit the actives directly into the subcutis, where they nourish and hydrate the skin, brighten the complexion, smooth wrinkles and stimulate the skin's own collagen production. The Raffine AMTS device automates the micro-needling so the injections are evenly spaced and consistent across the treatment area, and anaesthetic cream is applied first for comfort. As a dermatology clinic, Dermafit assesses skin condition before treating and tailors the active ingredients to the patient's needs. A visible result usually appears after the first session; for the best effect a short course of three sessions is recommended, followed by maintenance about once a year. The treatment is most often used on the face, neck, décolleté and the backs of the hands.
Mesotherapy is the technique of delivering active ingredients directly into the mesoderm — the middle layer of the skin — through numerous very shallow micro-injections, rather than relying on topical products that struggle to penetrate the skin barrier. By placing hyaluronic acid, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and amino acids exactly where they act, mesotherapy aims to hydrate, nourish and biostimulate the skin from within. At Dermafit the injections are performed with the Raffine AMTS — an Automatic Micro-needle Therapy System. This automated applicator combines the controlled micro-channel creation of micro-needling with the delivery of the active cocktail: the device drives fine needles to a consistent depth and spacing while infusing the solution, which makes the treatment more even and reproducible than freehand injection. Anaesthetic cream is applied beforehand so the procedure is comfortable. The combined micro-needling and infusion mechanism does two things at once. The micro-channels themselves trigger a controlled wound-healing response that stimulates fibroblasts to produce new collagen, while the infused hyaluronic acid and vitamins hydrate, brighten and feed the skin. The result is improved skin hydration and radiance, a smoother texture, softened fine wrinkles and a general rejuvenation of skin quality. Because the treatment is delivered in a dermatology clinic, the physician assesses the patient's skin condition and concerns first and tailors the active ingredients in the cocktail accordingly, which is not possible with a fixed off-the-shelf protocol. The face is the most common treatment area, with the neck, décolleté and backs of the hands also frequently treated. A visible improvement is usually noticeable after the first session, but mesotherapy works cumulatively: the clinic recommends a short initial course of three sessions performed in sequence for the best effect, followed by a maintenance session roughly once a year to sustain the result. Pricing is per individual plan — the price list shows mesotherapy as a consultation-priced service — because the cost depends on the area treated and the number of sessions, with anaesthetic cream included. Mild redness and small pinpoint marks are normal for a day or two after treatment and settle on their own; sun protection afterwards is advised. The treatment is avoided over active skin infection or inflammation and during pregnancy, and suitability is confirmed by the physician.
