Two distinct indications are offered. For lip enhancement the clinic uses Teosyal Kiss, a formulation designed specifically for the mobile, delicate tissue of the lips, to add volume, restore age-related volume loss and define the lip border. For wrinkle correction and facial volume a 1 ml Teosyal gel is used, injected beneath the wrinkle line in the lower face to lift and fill creases such as nasolabial folds and marionette lines.

The procedure is performed by a dermatology physician. The skin is cleansed, anaesthetic cream is applied for comfort, and the filler is introduced through a fine needle directly under the target wrinkle or into the lip body.
