Facial Mesotherapy (Rapid Hydration)

Type

Mesotherapy

Duration

30 min

Mesotherapy at DermaEsthetic delivers a cocktail of non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid and vitamins via micro-injections directly into the dermis, rapidly restoring skin hydration, elasticity and firmness. The treatment is carried out by MUDr. Hana Šulcová MBA, whose specialist background in aesthetic dermatology ensures precise depth targeting and personalised active-substance selection. Unlike superficial cosmetic facials, mesotherapy delivers bioactive ingredients exactly where skin cells need them — bypassing the barrier function of the epidermis for measurably superior hydration. Treatment areas include the face, forehead, chin, neck, décolletage and back of the hands, making it one of the most versatile rejuvenation options at the clinic.

Mesotherapy was developed in France in the 1950s as a medical micro-injection technique, and in aesthetic dermatology it has become a precise method for delivering active substances — including non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid, vitamins, minerals and amino acids — directly into the dermis at a depth of 1–4 mm. At this depth the actives reach skin fibroblasts, the cells responsible for producing collagen and elastin, as well as the extracellular matrix that holds moisture. Topical products by contrast must penetrate five or more layers of dead and living cells before reaching the dermis; most of the active ingredient is consumed or neutralised before arriving. At DermaEsthetic the mesotherapy formula is selected by MUDr. Hana Šulcová based on the patient's skin type, degree of dehydration, and presenting concerns — whether that is age-related thinning, sun damage, loss of facial contour, or dullness. The non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid used draws moisture into the dermis and holds it; vitamin and mineral cofactors support cellular metabolism and antioxidant defence. The injection technique uses very fine needles — in a nappage pattern (multiple shallow injections in a grid) or point-by-point, depending on the area — which makes the procedure tolerable without topical anaesthetic for most patients, though a numbing cream can be applied on request. A single session produces visible radiance and skin plumping that develops within 24–48 hours as the actives disperse and the inflammatory microtrauma triggers a healing response. For lasting structural improvement MUDr. Šulcová recommends a minimum of two sessions spaced two to four weeks apart, with a maintenance session every three to six months. The treatment is suitable for all skin types and applies equally to the face, neck, décolletage and back of the hands — areas that age visibly but respond well to targeted hydration and nutritional support. Contraindications include active skin infection, bleeding disorders, pregnancy and breastfeeding. Patients should avoid sun exposure, aggressive exfoliation, and swimming pools for 24 hours post-treatment. Minor redness and tiny injection marks resolve within hours. Skin texture, tone and hydration improvements are typically noticeable after two to three sessions and continue to develop with each course.
