Injectable lipolysis at DermaEsthetic uses a phosphatidylcholine-based solution delivered by fine needle injections directly into localised fat deposits that resist diet and exercise — primarily the submental area (double chin), lower abdomen, inner thighs and saddlebags. The active substances accelerate fat cell membrane breakdown and mobilise stored triglycerides for gradual elimination by the lymphatic system over the following weeks. Unlike surgical liposuction, there are no incisions, no scars and no general anaesthesia. Preparation required
