Dermal fillers use soft, cross-linked hyaluronic acid gel to restore volume, define contours and smooth folds — from lip modelling and tear-trough correction to cheek and mid-face volumising and softening of static wrinkles. At DermaConcept the treatment is performed by a dermatologist who is an international trainer in dermal fillers, with the option of a calcium-hydroxyapatite filler (Radiesse) for firmer support. Because hyaluronic acid can be dissolved, results are adjustable, and most last several months to over a year depending on the area.
Dermal filler treatment uses injectable gels — most commonly cross-linked hyaluronic acid — to replace lost volume, refine facial contours and soften folds and hollows. As the face ages it loses deep fat and bone support, which flattens the cheeks, deepens the lines from nose to mouth and the marionette lines, and casts shadows under the eyes; filler placed in the right planes restores that support so the face looks refreshed rather than simply 'filled'. At DermaConcept the treatment is carried out by MUDr. Martina Neradová Richterová, who trains other doctors in filler techniques internationally, and the menu covers lip hydration, modelling and augmentation, correction of static wrinkles, delicate tear-trough work under the eyes, cheek and mid-face volumising, and hydrolifting to improve overall skin quality. A calcium-hydroxyapatite filler (Radiesse) is offered where firmer structural support or collagen stimulation is wanted. A session starts with a discussion of your goals and an assessment of facial proportions, after which a topical or local anaesthetic is used and the filler — which itself usually contains lidocaine — is placed with a fine needle or a blunt cannula and moulded by hand. Results are visible immediately, though mild swelling, tenderness and the occasional small bruise are normal for a few days, with the final shape settling over one to two weeks. Hyaluronic acid lip filler typically lasts around six to nine months because the lips move constantly, while volume placed in firmer areas such as the cheeks can last well over a year before the gel is naturally broken down. A key safety feature of hyaluronic acid is reversibility: it can be dissolved with hyaluronidase, so a result can be adjusted or, if needed, removed. Fillers suit adults wanting subtle, balanced enhancement or volume restoration; they are not performed during pregnancy or breastfeeding or over active cold sores, and suitability is confirmed at consultation.
