Microneedling

Microneedling creates controlled micro-channels in the skin to stimulate collagen and elastin, supporting improvements in texture, fine lines, enlarged pores and acne scarring. Microneedling uses a cluster of fine needles oscillating at high speed to create thousands of precise micro-channels in the skin. These tiny, controlled injuries trigger the body's natural wound-healing response, which is associated with fresh collagen and elastin production that firms the skin and refines its surface over the following weeks. The micro-channels also allow active serums applied during treatment to penetrate more effectively. Expect redness similar to mild sunburn for 24–48 hours, after which skin tends to look fresher and, over a few weeks, smoother and more even. It is well suited to uneven texture, enlarged pores, fine lines and mild-to-moderate acne scarring, and can be used on the face, neck and décolleté as well as the hands and stretch marks on the body.
