Microneedling with the Dermapen 4.0 device uses a cluster of fine needles oscillating at high speed to create thousands of precise micro-channels in the skin. These tiny, controlled micro-injuries trigger the body's natural wound-healing response, which prompts fresh collagen and elastin production that may firm the skin and refine its surface over the following weeks. The micro-channels also allow active serums applied during treatment to penetrate more effectively.
