A dedicated consultation with Denticus's implantologist, Dr Rafał Dobrakowski, to assess whether dental implants are suitable and to plan treatment. The appointment covers an examination of the missing-tooth site, a review of bone volume — usually with 3D CBCT imaging — and a discussion of the treatment steps, timeline and costs. It is the recommended starting point before any implant work.

An implant consultation is a planning appointment to determine whether dental implants are the right solution for a missing tooth or teeth and, if so, how treatment should proceed. At Denticus it is carried out by Dr Rafał Dobrakowski (dr n. med.), the clinic's maxillofacial surgeon and implantologist, and is priced at 600 zł. The dentist examines the gap and surrounding teeth and gums, reviews the patient's general medical history and medications, and assesses the available bone — most often using the clinic's in-house 3D cone-beam CT imaging — to judge whether an implant can be placed directly or whether preparatory steps such as bone augmentation or a sinus lift would be needed first. The consultation is also where the full treatment sequence is explained: the number and position of implants, the healing time before crowns are fitted, the type of restoration planned, and a clear breakdown of costs across the placement, any grafting and the final crowns. For patients travelling from eastern Germany or elsewhere, this is the stage to confirm what can be achieved and to plan visits around the healing periods that implant treatment requires. Denticus also offers a standard dental consultation at 300 zł and a 30-minute first-visit examination at 450 zł for patients whose needs are not specifically implant-related. Honest assessment of suitability — including advising alternatives such as a bridge or denture where an implant is not the best option — is part of the appointment.
