A tooth-coloured composite restoration to repair a tooth affected by decay, wear or a small fracture, or to rebuild a tooth after root canal treatment. Denticus places bonded composite (white) fillings matched to the natural tooth shade, restoring shape and function while keeping the repair discreet. Larger rebuilds after endodontic treatment can be reinforced with fibre for added strength.
About this treatment
A composite restoration, commonly called a white or tooth-coloured filling, repairs a tooth that has been damaged by decay, chipping or wear. The dentist removes any decayed tissue, prepares the cavity and builds it back up with a tooth-coloured resin that is bonded to the tooth and shaped to restore its natural form and bite, before being hardened with a curing light and polished.
