For patients missing many or all of their teeth in an arch, several implants can support a fixed bridge or a stabilised overdenture instead of individual crowns. Denti Clinic offers snap-on and bar-retained overdentures held by two to four implants, as well as fixed full-arch bridges in composite or ceramic. The approach restores a complete set of teeth on a small number of implants, with the design chosen to match the patient's bone, budget and preference for a fixed or removable solution.

About this treatment

When most or all of the teeth in an upper or lower arch are missing, replacing each one with its own implant is rarely necessary. Instead, a smaller number of implants — typically two to four per arch — can anchor a bridge or a stabilised denture that restores a full set of teeth. This spreads the cost and surgery while giving back secure chewing and a natural-looking smile.

Denti Clinic offers a range of implant-supported options. A snap-on (locator) overdenture clips onto two implants and can be removed for cleaning while staying far more stable than a conventional denture. A bar-retained overdenture spans two implants, or three to four for greater support, using a custom bar for an even firmer hold.
