An initial consultation is a full examination with a dentist to assess your teeth, gums and bite, discuss any concerns and agree a treatment plan with costs. It is the recommended starting point for new patients and for anyone considering implants, crowns, veneers or a smile makeover. Digital imaging — intraoral, panoramic or CBCT 3D — can be added when needed for diagnosis and planning. For patients travelling in, it is a chance to plan treatment around a visit.

The initial consultation is where treatment at Denti Clinic begins. The dentist carries out a thorough examination of the teeth, gums, existing fillings and crowns and the way the teeth meet, listens to your concerns and goals, and explains what is and is not appropriate. From this an individual treatment plan is drawn up, setting out the recommended steps, the likely number of visits and the costs, so you can make an informed decision before anything is started. Where a diagnosis or a treatment plan needs more information, the clinic uses digital diagnostics. A single intraoral X-ray shows one or two teeth in detail; a digital panoramic X-ray captures all the teeth, both jaws and the surrounding bone in one image; and a CBCT scan produces a three-dimensional view that is particularly valuable for planning implants, assessing bone volume, locating nerves and evaluating impacted teeth or complex root canals. Each is priced separately and used only when clinically helpful. For patients travelling from elsewhere in Poland or from across the nearby German border, the consultation is also the moment to map out how staged treatment — such as implants or extensive restorative work — can be sequenced around one or more visits. The consultation suits new patients, anyone with a specific dental problem, and those planning cosmetic or restorative work who want a clear plan and quote first.
