A porcelain veneer is a thin, custom ceramic shell bonded to the front of a tooth to refine its shape, colour and alignment. Veneers are popular for closing small gaps, masking discoloured or worn front teeth and creating an even smile line. At DentalCover veneers are planned with impressions and a written treatment plan, and a more conservative composite bonding option is also offered. Pricing is per tooth, so a single tooth or a full smile design can be quoted.

Porcelain veneers are wafer-thin shells of dental ceramic, individually made to fit over the visible surface of a front tooth. By changing the outer layer of the tooth, a veneer can improve colour, shape, length and minor positioning, and is often chosen to mask discoloured, chipped or worn teeth, close small spaces or harmonise an uneven smile. At DentalCover treatment usually starts with a prosthetic consultation that includes impressions for study models and a written plan, so the proposed result is agreed before any work begins. A small amount of enamel is normally prepared to make room for the veneer, impressions or scans are taken, and the laboratory fabricates the porcelain to the chosen shade; the finished veneers are then bonded with the tooth carefully isolated for a durable result. For patients who prefer a more conservative or reversible approach, the clinic also offers composite bonding, where tooth-coloured resin is shaped directly onto the tooth in a single visit at a lower cost. Because porcelain is stain-resistant and reflects light much like natural enamel, well-made veneers can look very natural. Veneers are best suited to adults whose gums and underlying teeth are healthy; the dentist will assess bite, enamel and expectations at the planning visit and advise whether veneers, bonding or a crown is the most appropriate option.
