Type

CT Scan

Duration

20 min

What's included

3 deliverables in this treatment

  • 3D cone-beam scan of the selected area
  • Reconstructed 3D images for diagnosis
  • Review of findings with the dentist

A cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) scan that produces a detailed three-dimensional image of the teeth, jawbone and surrounding structures. On-site 3D imaging supports accurate planning for dental implants, surgical extractions and complex root canal treatment by showing bone volume, root anatomy and the position of nerves and sinuses. Both-jaw and single-arch scans are available.

CBCT uses a focused, relatively low dose of radiation…
