The first comprehensive session takes about 60 minutes and costs 2,200 Kč; regular maintenance visits are 1,890–1,990 Kč at intervals the hygienist sets based on the condition of your teeth and gums. Deep scaling (4,500 Kč) is available for periodontal cases, and dedicated children's hygiene starts at 990 Kč. Regular hygiene is strongly recommended before whitening and during clear-aligner treatment.

Professional dental hygiene is the foundation of preventive dentistry: regular removal of plaque and calculus reliably reduces tooth decay and prevents periodontal (gum) disease — the leading cause of adult tooth loss. At Dental Office H33, hygiene is delivered by dedicated dental hygienists working alongside the clinic's periodontology department.
What the appointment includes
the hygienist removes dental plaque, surface pigmentation (coffee, tea, tobacco staining), and tartar above and below the gumline, then cleans the interdental spaces, polishes the teeth, and applies fluoride. You're shown the correct cleaning aids for your mouth — brush type, interdental brushes, floss — and practise home technique with the hygienist. The first comprehensive visit takes around 60 minutes.
