All-on-4® Full-Arch Implant Bridge (Nobel Biocare)

All-on-4 replaces a full arch of missing or failing teeth with a fixed bridge supported on just four implants, marketed by the clinic as 'Smile in 1 Day' because a fixed temporary bridge can be fitted the same day as surgery. Dental Med performs the procedure with Nobel Biocare or Straumann implants and finishes it months later with a definitive bridge made in its own laboratory in acrylic, composite-on-titanium or porcelain-zirconium. The All-on-4 technique restores a complete upper or lower arch using four implants positioned to make the most of available bone, including angled posterior implants that often avoid the need for sinus lifting or extensive grafting. Because the four implants provide enough primary stability, a fixed provisional bridge can usually be attached on the day of surgery, so patients leave with fixed teeth rather than a removable denture — the basis of the clinic's 'Smile in 1 Day' description. At Dental Med the case is worked up from a cone-beam CT scan and digital planning, and surgery is carried out by the clinic's implant surgeons. After a healing period of several months, during which the implants integrate, the provisional bridge is replaced with a definitive one fabricated in the on-site CAD/CAM laboratory. Patients choose between an acrylic bridge, a composite bridge on a milled titanium framework, or a premium porcelain-fused-to-zirconium Procera bridge, each at a published price. Long-term temporaries are available for cases that need an extended provisional phase, and ongoing care includes annual hygiene visits with the bridge unscrewed for thorough cleaning. All-on-6, using six implants for additional support, is offered as an alternative. The approach is generally suited to adults who have lost most teeth in an arch or face full clearance; suitability, bone volume, bite and general health are assessed at consultation, and the figures shown are approximate pending the individual plan.
