At Dental Corner whitening follows a check-up to confirm the teeth and gums are healthy, as existing decay, leaking fillings or gum problems are treated first and any plaque is removed so the gel works evenly. During the in-chair session the gums are protected, the gel is applied to the teeth in cycles and activated with the lamp.
