A same-day full-arch solution that replaces a complete row of missing or failing teeth with a fixed bridge anchored on four implants. At Dental Corner the surgery, immediate temporary prosthesis and 3D planning are handled in-house, so patients can leave with fixed teeth on the same day. After healing, the temporary bridge is exchanged for a definitive zirconia prosthesis. General anaesthesia and sedation are available for this longer procedure.
About this treatment
The "teeth in one day" concept — often known as a fixed full-arch or all-on-four restoration — replaces an entire upper or lower row of teeth with a single fixed bridge supported by four carefully angled implants. Because the implants are positioned to make the most of available bone, many patients can avoid extensive grafting and receive a fixed temporary set of teeth on the same day as surgery, rather than wearing a removable denture during healing.
At Dental Corner the treatment starts with cone-beam CT imaging and digital planning in the clinic's own laboratory. On the surgery day, any remaining unsalvageable teeth are removed, four implants are placed and an immediate temporary fixed prosthesis is attached, all of which can be carried out under sedation or full general anaesthesia with an on-site anaesthesiologist.
