Tooth extraction removes a tooth that is too damaged, decayed or impacted to save, including problematic wisdom teeth. Dental ART covers everything from straightforward removals to surgical extraction of impacted teeth, carried out by an experienced oral and maxillofacial surgeon and planned with 3D imaging where needed. Sedation and German-speaking care are available, with implant replacement offered in the same clinic if desired.
